Young People Succeeding Needs YOU!

Young People Succeeding receives 90% of our funding from private donations. Support from individuals like you is vital to provide services and programs for teens in your community. And we know they need them. It isn’t easy being a teen these days. In these complex and confusing times, teens need a positive outlet to venture into — an organization they can talk to, have fun with, and learn from.

Research shows that our programs work. Kids within Young People Succeeding, Inc show real differences in their personal and academic lives. They are:

*     More confident in their schoolwork performance

*     Able to get along better with their families & teachers

*     Refrain from gang violence

*     52% less likely to skip school.

*     48% less likely to stay out of debt entering into adult life

90% of every dollar you give goes directly to making and supporting matches. The remainder covers overall program administration.

1.      Recruit new Young People Succeeding volunteers

2.      Cover the costs of background checks and insurance,

3.      While ensuring trained professionals.

4.      Offer one-on-one, ongoing supervision and support for every youth and young person.

5.      Keep all programs, concerts and seminars free to YPS Teens
